What was #1 on the charts when you were born?

What was #1 on the charts when you were born? Check it out at ThisDayInMusic.com

When I was born Diana Ross' "Upside Down" was #1 in the US and "Don't stand so close to me" by the police in the UK.

Fun.

Well, dammit, I am too old by two weeks to use this feature even for the UK (the older of the two charts), but here's what it tossed me as a bone: "Here In My Heart - Al Martino. (Prior to the first British chart on 14/11/52 popular songs were measured by sales of sheet music. This became the first No 1 on the record-sales chart on 14th Nov 1952). My "life's theme song" (no. 1 on my 18th birthday) is "I’ll Be There" - The Jackson 5.
